Already know where you want to go? I can handle the hotel booking(s) for you at no cost! The hotel rates are the same (and sometimes better) than the published rates you see online.

Plus, I can often add VIP perks including a welcome amenity, daily complimentary breakfast for two, a hotel credit, complimentary room upgrade, and priority for early check in / late check out.

Through my strong relationships with hotels across the globe, I can often include special touches that lead to a more personalized and memorable experience.

For trips that go beyond a single booking, I design and manage the entire journey from start to finish, including:

• Accommodations

• Transportation

• Activities and guided experiences

• Restaurant reservations

• Emergency support throughout your trip

• Travel insurance

This is the right fit for multi-destination trips, milestone celebrations, or any journey where you want everything managed, and not just booked.

The planning fee for fully-customized trips ranges from $150 - $400+ depending on the trip complexity and scope. I will always be upfront about the cost before we begin. In many cases, the access and benefits I provide (such as time-savings, upgrades and added perks) fully offset the cost of the nominal planning fee.

I book both river and ocean cruises for my clients and can often include special amenities such as additional shipboard credit. I do not charge any planning fee for this, and the cruise price is the same as if you booked it yourself. If you’re interested in traveling before or after your cruise, I can assist with those arrangements to ensure your entire trip is seamless. I have partnerships with all major cruise lines, ranging from from Seabourn, Silversea, Viking, and the Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection, to Ponant, AmaWaterways, Regent and the Four Seasons Yachts.

The same process applies to organized group tours with companies such as Tauck, Backroads, Intrepid, Collette, etc. I handle the bookings for you at no cost and assist with any additional arrangements including travel insurance, etc. to make the whole experience as simple and straightforward as possible.
