Your journey, seamlessly crafted
Every journey is different, because every traveler is different. Whether you're dreaming up a romantic getaway, a milestone celebration with the people you love, or the ultimate bucket-list trip, I design each itinerary around you.
I’ve traveled to over 50 countries and have an extensive network of relationships with hotels, tour operators, and local experts across the globe. I handle all of the details and logistics behind the scenes, so you can be fully present for the journey.
Meet Amanda
Travel has always been a huge part of who I am. My family traveled together throughout my childhood, and that early love of exploring new places never left me. Later, I built a career in social impact and sustainability, but my love of travel remained constant. After exploring more than 50 countries, I turned that passion into a full-time career.
I believe that a trip can be truly transformative. Every itinerary that I design draws on years of firsthand travel knowledge and industry relationships, so my clients don't just visit a destination, but they experience it in a way that will stay with them for years to come.
When I'm not adding stamps to my passport (or helping you add to yours!), I'm raising three young children and a mini-sheepadoodle with my wonderful husband in Atlanta, Georgia.

It starts with a conversation (a call and/or an in-depth questionnaire) where we talk through your vision, must-haves, and any details that matter to you. From there, I put together a custom itinerary tailored to what we discussed, often with a few options where it's helpful. We refine it together until every detail feels right, and then I handle the bookings, confirmations, and logistics. Once everything is set, I build everything into a digital itinerary and will support you before, during and after your trip.

For hotel bookings only, cruises or group tours (such as Tauck, Backroads, etc.), there is no fee!
For full customized itinerary planning (including hotels, transfers, activities, restaurant reservations, etc.), I do charge a minimal fee depending on the trip complexity, ranging from $150 - $400+.
Most trips are in the $200-$300 range. You will find that the time savings, access, and perks I provide will easily offset this cost. -
It depends on the complexity of the trip, but most proposals come together within a week or two of our initial conversation. More detailed, multi-destination trips may take a bit longer to make sure every piece is right.
-
Absolutely. The first itinerary is a starting point, not a final draft. We go back and forth until every detail (pacing, accommodations, experiences, etc.) feels exactly right before anything is booked.
-
I handle everything — hotels, transportation, and experiences are all booked and confirmed by me, so you don't have to juggle multiple confirmations or reservations yourself. I will build everything into a digital itinerary so you will have everything in one place for your trip!

As much or as little as you'd like. Some clients want to weigh in on every decision; others prefer to share their vision and let me take it from there.

Most of my clients typically book their own flights with their preferred airline and send me the details so I can arrange transfers and rental cars accordingly.
That said, if you would prefer that I book your flights, I’m happy to. There is a $50/person domestic round trip ticketing fee or $100/person for international.

Anywhere, thanks to my firsthand experience across more than 50 countries and relationships with hotels and operators around the globe. I’d say the majority of my clients’ travel is in the Caribbean and Europe, however I have planned numerous trips across South America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania as well. No Antarctica yet, but I hope to make that happen for someone soon! Africa has a special place in my heart as I find safaris to be the most life-changing travel experience. I’ve traveled to the continent over five times (and am heading back later this year for gorilla trekking in Uganda!).

Booking sites can show you options, but they can't tell you which resort is mid-renovation or which itinerary will leave you relaxed instead of exhausted. Similarly, AI can gather information (though oftentimes outdated), but it hasn't stayed in the hotels, built strong relationships on the ground, or learned firsthand what makes a trip actually feel right.
And most importantly, when working with me, you have an actual person in your corner handling any issues that come up during your trip, not a call center or chatbot.
